This was working before, all of a sudden it is not.
In Artisan I check Events>Config>Snap so I can select where on the X-Axis my gas and damper values go.
On the Bottom tab I have values selected:
When I click the Gas 100 button it should put G100 on the 170* X-axis line and the label should be G-100.
When I click Damper 25 it should put a D-25% on the 70* line.
It was doing this just fine before. Then I closed and reopened Artisan and this is what it is doing:
I just restarted Artisan again, clicked Start>Gas 100 & Damper 25% and it displayed correctly on the graph, and the Gas slider shows 100, but the Damper slider shows 70, which is the X-Axis line where it is located, not the 25% that it is labeled.

A couple questions:
What size BT probe do you have & where is located?
What kind of airflow adjustment do you have & how does it work? I see you have it labeled as damper but was curious if you could eleborate on your experience with it so far.

Looks like the Damper is 25 cause the button was pushed. Can't really use both Dampers and Buttons best I know. If you use sliders whatever it is set at when you Charge will be an event. I far prefer sliders.

I do not have a variable speed fan. Just a five position damper on the exhaust tube.

Not sure why. I guess you still need to make sure the safety kicks off before the room fills with propane!
But it seems like an easy calibration move to me.

I guess if you turn the gas down low enough and the flame fluffs out, but the gas is still flowing a little, without the safety cut off you could get a pool of propane on the floor. If the TC was almost touching the metal burner, it might stay hot enough not to trigger the safety for a little while.
