Supposedly this is coming in a future software release. IMHO the software and the horribly laggy interface is the worst part of the roaster. not sure why the built it as a windows application instead of a *nix build, but whatever. ROR is displayed on the screen at ROR(60s) and if you use Cropster/Artisan it's displayed since it's just a derivative of BT data as you say.Almico wrote:Having to work two screens while roasting is not very convenient. Discuss roast levels and profiles for espresso, equipment for roasting coffee.
Unless you are roasting with a roaster without display, you will have to roast with two screens if you want to connect to cropster or artisen?Almico wrote:Having to work two screens while roasting is not very convenient. I have a hard enough time with one!
To me, I get all the info I need during roasting on cropster. The Loring screen act as buttons only.
