Thought I would share this. My first purchase of a Costa Rican. Reads very well and $2 less a lb. than elsewhere. https://happymugcoffee.com/products/cos ... -la-minita

I have 5lbs of that from Happy Mug. It's quite nice and priced much better at HM than elsewhere.

Anyone have any roasting notes or suggestions for the La Minita Tarrazu from HM? I grabbed 5# too, need some ideas.

This is a dangerous thread that leads to large inventories of greens! :) A bit off topic, but how long would you say vacuum sealed greens will last in a regular freezer? (We sold the deep freeze when the kids went to college.)

The type attached to a refir in a kitchen? I would say that's not a stable enough environment unless it doesn't get opened.

I need to stop buying greens or start freezing. There's always 100# in the pantry sometimes more.

You just need a bigger roaster! I've been roasting 725 gram batches lately in my Bullet which helps.

This new crown jewel, "ETHIOPIA TOMME FEKU JIBERIL DOUBLE WASHED" seems like it might have a similar profile to what you're looking for: https://royalcoffee.com/product/cj1365/
