I grabbed 44 lbs of the Bourbon Noir from Royal Oakland for distro among MN boys. I started a thread as a place holder as I know several of you went after it. We are using it for our Christmas coffees.

I took a look at her roasting profiles and realize they are cupping roasts. By the same token, she is getting all those flavors at 1:00 min into 1st. Adventuresome cupping. Might try 1:30 and work from there.

Not a fruit bomb by the notes but the green stats are what I like to see. Such a slow year for African coffees I had to grab a box of it.
