I came across Viskous coffee roaster, which is not out yet but looks interesting to me, countertop roaster is a good idea for people who want to do micro batches and less complicated setup

Looks like it's just a fluid bed roaster with some sort of BR or Wi-Fi control app. Where does the chaff go? Why not just buy an SR540 or SR800 and source your own beans, rather than get tied into the vendor on a subscription deal?
