I don't know, but will find out. With only 100g charges the setting are very sensitive. There must be a sweet spot. The good news is I will only be using 100g roasts. Once I find the settings, they won't change much.

I just received and installed the replacement ET probe. So far so good.

Here is a 100g PB sample. Still a quick TP and DE, but I can mitigate that with heat control. Maybe 0-10mBar until TP? Yellow still occurred around 300* and 1C at 370*. Perfect.

100g charge in a small roaster is a bit twitchy, but very controllable. I'm a happy camper.
