I had a great time roasting up coffee and meeting people. I'll definitely want to do this again next year.
Thanks for the invite, and thanks for all the advice I got on tweaking my roaster. I must have roasted close to 5 lbs of coffee on Saturday and it was a good excuse to experiment with different parameters and techniques.
I'm already working on my "grill / perf-drum" setup for next year!
