One of my most often used accessories is a bean scoop which used to be harder to find and 1/3 more than you can now get on Amazon.

Since the trier hole on a small roaster can really shock the drum air temperature (per thermocouple) I use a small, shallow, stainless steel measure cup to drop trier beans into so that I never have to remove the trier and open it's gaping hole. After smelling I dump them back into the hopper which is downstream of the drum airflow so no amount of trying shocks the drum air.

Of course, the shop vac is a must as is the scale and a sorting tray for both before and after roasting.

Deli containers with lids. Lots of them!

For multiple back to back roasting, I weight and store green beans in them with masking tape labels. Then roast and pour the roasted coffee into them. Bag or put in jars later. Note: I would not recommend leaving roasted coffee in these for more than a day.

The key is to get the size where the biggest batch of roasted coffee (fully expanded) fits with a little margin.

A funnel made from a rolled piece of heavy paper, because my Quest has no charging funnel and I've been too lazy to make anything more permanent

A Kil-A-Watt. I resisted this for the longest time, thinking it was a needless frill, but have to admit that it makes adjusting the heaters to just the right spot much easier than using the analogue meter on the Quest.

A large, slotted colander (pinched from the kitchen when I roast). After the beans have cooled for a couple of minutes, I put them in the colander and swirl, sometimes agitating them with my fingers too. This removes any chaff that has adhered to the finished roast. Test: grab some chaff and put it in your mouth--roll it around a bit--taste good--no! That's why I do this extra step

+1 for the Kill-A-Watt, and if you have an Aeropress you have a pretty good funnel already.

I just bought a large spouted plastic measuring cup from Goodwill for $2 that works great for weighing the greens and roasted coffee and for pouring the green coffee into my bullet roaster. My previous bowl was a bit too small to hold my higher-capacity roasted coffee for weighing and didn't have a spout so I needed to pour the green coffee into my sorting tray before loading my coffee roaster.
