Hello Everyone,

Thankyou for taking your time to read my post

We are using Artisan v1.5.0 with the following setup
-Phidget VINT HUB0000_0 connected with 1xRTD phidget TMP1200_0 plugged into port 0 and 1xRTD phidget TMP1200_0 plugged into port 1

In config, device, I have selected Phidget VINT HUB000_0

As shown in the photo below, we are getting a constant reading in the high 2000's eg 2934. We have tested the temperature using the phidget control panel and it shows 20.1c degrees

How do we set up Artisan to work correctly with a Phidget VINT HUB, 2 x RTD Phidget TMP1200 using 2x RTD100 3920

Why not select the meter you intent to connect to in the the Device Assignment dialog (menu Config >> Device) meter popup, which seems to be "Phidget TMP1200 1xRTD"?

Note that the TMP1200 only provides one RTD reading. Thus if setup as Artisan main device, that RTD readings are "wired" to the BT curve. To read in your second TMP1200 as ET you will need to add one extra device, again of type "Phidget TMP1200 1xRTD", and map this via a symbolic formula to the ET channel. For this, you add in the 3rd tab, under "Symb ET/BT" the string "Y3" without the double quotes in the field "ET Y(x)". The variable Y3 will be bound to the values of the first channel of the first extra device which is your second TMP1200. Read the documentation in that tab under the Help button for details on symbolic formulas.

To specify the type of your RTD, open the 4th tab "Phidgets" in the Device Assignment dialog and select under "TMP1200 RTD" the "PT100 3920" and the correct wiring from those popups.

Note that by selecting the "HUB0000 IO 01" from the meter popup Artisan was reading the Voltage Inputs 0 and 1 from the HUB0000 directly, not addressing the TMP1200 at all.

Hope this helps,

Hi Marko,

Thank you for your prompt response!

We did try (menu Config >> Device) "Phidget TMP1200 1xRTD", but it was, as you said, only reading the first RTD and using that RTD for both ET and BT

We will try the configuration you have mentioned and get back to you soon!
