It worked for a few hours. Now Artisan is displaying too large in full screen mode.
And in non-full screen mode I cannot shrink horizontal, only vertical.
And a nice Microsoft typo in ther help screen
Did I mention I hate windows.
UPDATE: Ran Windows update and Artisan is now working fine again. Not sure what happened between last night and this morning, but check off another hour sitting in front of a Windows computer trying to get it to do what it's supposed to. I think that puts me over 7000 hours now.

Something to try.
Go to lower left corner of screen; click the window icon
Click the Settings Icon (the toothed gear icon)
Choose System
Choose Display
Change the Resolution to one that works for you. I use 2160 X 1440.

Max on the Surface Go is 1800x1200. That's what's recommended and that's where it is set.SAS wrote:Something to try.

It was a windows issue that was corrected mysteriously in the update. Grrrr

Ugh.
On the bright side, the Phidget v22 drivers installed. Now all I need is the USB-c to USB Mini cable.

Do you have steps for others to follow?greencardigan wrote:Just finished my first roast using Artisan on the Raspberry Pi with a 7" 1024x600 touch screen. Everything worked well and the Artisan interface was quite easy to use at this resolution.

Not really, there are no special tricks to get it working and it's essentially the same as getting it running on a PC.
Just a standard install of Raspbian OS as per Raspberry Pi setup guides. Then install Artisan using the Raspbian instructions on the Artisan Installation page. Then I've just connected my TC4 setup to the Raspberry Pi via USB.
