One things the fat TC has done is my tp temp now doesn't go down to 140° making it easier to head for 212° @ 2:40 sec. This is becoming much more satisfying and should translate in the cup.
Try smoothing on 0 and Delta span on 10-15 and see what it looks like. You can do that to an existing profile. Just open it up in Artisan and change the settings.

edit: unfortunately I didn't save any of the new roasts in a format that will let me do that. Companys here and I'll get on that ASAP. I appreciate the help.

^^^looking at this and chuckling, it's probably not one of mine. It's probably something designer dreamed up and it got anaylized, by me.

That's better. Now you can see the plateau before 1C and a little crash.

Try recording a roast live with those settings and see if you can follow the RoR.

Went at it again today. Charge temp may be a bit on the hot side for a natural don't you think?

Mike

Looking pretty good. Can't tell if that's a short crash at end. Rest looks good. Tell us how it tastes in a few days.

It's a crash alright. Wasn't paying attention. Read the blog Michael, numerous time. It will sink in in a week or so.
