I think what you're looking for is the Delta Span which is available in Config > Curves > Filter.

Delta Span affects how far back in time Artisan looks when calculating a delta curve. Artisan displays ROR in degree per minute, Cropster for example has the option to twitch from 1 minute to 30 or less I think.

Are you just looking for a different period for the ROR to be compatible with something else? Because it doesn't make any difference to switch from ROR over 1 minute to ROR over 30 seconds. It just doubles all the numbers but the plot stays the same. If you just want the graph to fill more of the window then change the scale on the right. Cutting the ROR axis scale maximum in half will result in the same graph as computing the ROR over 30 seconds - it will double the height on the line on the screen.
