Just came across this article on Sprudge from May 2017 about Benkei which is designed to bring Machine Learning to roast logging software.

I checked the Benkei site and it looks like they haven't launched their service yet, Facebook posts are also somewhat dated so I don't know the status of this project, but I do believe that it won't be very long until AI/Machine Learning enters the coffee roasting arena. I think it could be especially useful if it's tied to cupping scores and flavor maps.
