I finally have a functional grinder again. Hallelujah. It took longer than expected to get resolved but everything seems to be working great. I ended up calling the WW warehouse in Taipei. That seemed to be key to getting my emails read/responded to. They seem overwhelmed, but they did mention that they just hired some extra help. I did ask if people who own the first units should be proactive about getting the gear replaced; they said it's a rare event for a gear to break so they wouldn't worry about it...so there's that.

They seem to be extremely busy. They made a mistake in a recent order I made, and I had to ping them several times before the correct item was shipped. At least, I hope it's the correct item. I won't find out until next week.
