If you're looking for 1 grinder with 1 burr set that highlights clarity and sweetness that also does well with pour over, don't sleep on the SSW burrs. While I do mostly pull long, the espresso at 1:1 has been very tasty as well. With that said, my preference is always for dedicated brew and espresso grinders. Always making some trade-off with 1 all arounder.
