I am looking to get a french press/pour over grinder to use at my work place. I need it for french press and pour over. Espresso usage might be an option later, and that is why I am looking at those burrs instead of the regular brew burrs.

The S2C burr is used in Chestnut X, which is an espresso grinder (As far as I understand). But the promise is it produces more consistent grind size.
The E&B burr also promises more consistent grind, but also geared toward espresso (finer grind).

Which one would be more suitable for french press and pour overs?
