Static and blue spark!

Hi all,
I'm using a fellow ode with a recently bought acaia dosing cup. The cup just slides under the chute with about a very tiny maybe 5mm clearance.
When I grind beans, sometimes I see a faint blue static spark every 1-2 sec on the outer rim of dosing cup and the plastic chute. Anything to worry about?

If it's static, nothing to worry about, a lot of static is generated when coffee is ground. You could try adding a small spray of water to the unground coffee to diminish the static.
