If this 80mm burr set is anything like the ssp high uniformity burr set for the ek43, the teeth are actually very shallow. Significantly more shallow than the stock ek burr. I've tested two ssp burr sets (high uniformity and low fines) on the ek43, and both were able to grind extremely fine. Fine enough to choke the EK :shock:

I'll be purchasing the 80mm version soon, so I'll be able to see first hand if it's a similar design

Here is a burr done more like an espresso burr rather than the masticating style of some of the bulk grinders. Final teeth can cut like scissors or like traditional stone burr set that rolls the particle and crushes the material in a gap that is smaller than the material being fed.
