SSP burr set, which coating?

Grinders are one of the keys to exceptional espresso. Discuss them here.

I've used all the SSP burr coatings on Kafatek Flat and MAX grinders over the years, except for DLC. I have slight preference for TiN and "Silver Knight" over RedSpeed. The later has a slightly different (rougher) texture, and takes a little longer to break in. There is no difference in the cup among any of them. I prefer coated to uncoated, because I am more comfortable using RDT and coated burrs.
