Based on the Caedo website, the new 37S has at least two significant improvements: worm drive grind adjustment, and a 500 watt motor (vs. 400 watts in the current version). Might be other changes, but those were the easiest to determine...if I'm reading it right.

The power may depends also on country (i.e. mains voltage), WLL YT video claims 460W for 2018 version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ll-P0Gfb_fk, 1:32), stoll-espresso.de claims 500W for both models (2018 and 2019). Worm drive is clear improvement, of course.
Anyhow, 2019 version is priced 200 eur more than 2018 version.

So what's your guess? Will they sell the worm drive part to existing 37s owners? Does it "fit" the 3 screws mechanism?

Interesting! Looks like I may delay my purchase until WLL or some other USA vendor has the new versions for me to judge and compare vs the older model.

Gheesh, those prices makes me happy I purchased a Niche. Pricing seems a little out of control to me.

WLL has their $125 off $1K Presidents Day sale...tempting to just pick up an old gen version of the E37S for $1325...

The price you quoted is not for the "old gen" - it's the latest model with touchscreen. The version just before the touchscreen is on their site for $1399, which would be $1274 after the discount. If I didn't already have my E37J (which I got brand new for $699), I would be very tempted by that one. It was selling for $1750 just a few months ago.

Have you considered the Atom 75? Eureka Atom Specialty 75 ?

Can be had for less than $1200 if import it. I have E37s and I would take Atom 75 if I were purchasing today.
