Pharos became stiff to crank after my last grind?

Lots of Pharos threads, moderators can point me to the right one that be great.

My Pharos v2 has worked fantastic since I got it. Today grinding beans for my morning latte it became stiff to turn when I was done. I loosened the collar but that wasn't it.

I take apart my levers in my sleep but I leave my grinders alone usually. Where should I start? Thanks!

It appears the shaft is not turning in the bottom brass bushing, can I remove this without affecting alignment to clean?

Mike,

Have you checked the Pharos user guide on the OE Hand Grinders website? There are videos there for taking it apart, aligning, and everything. Also, have you tried contacting them for help?
