It wasn't Berzerkeley that did it....like many stories it had to do with a woman....
I realize that in an odd way I have been having a 7 page conversation with myself on the LIDO so I will get some photos of the design concepts of the LIDO up ASAP and show the salient aspects of the grinder. Should be tomorrow night but it is past time to get this out in the flesh.

I assumed it was a form of Idaho soliloquy, starring a former Berkeley hippy as lead protagonist <grins>. My alarm clock is set and has an app which daily checks your "new products" for a LIDO at 5.30am, even as it awakens me.I realize that in an odd way I have been having a 7 page conversation with myself on the LIDO so...

Wow! It nice to see the long famed LIDO in the flesh. Really nice photography first of all. Second, its a nice clear representation of the design, I think I can see how it comes together.
Infinitely capable of being completely wrong.

This is kind of like waiting outside the Fillmore Ballroom all night, waiting for Grateful Dead tickets to go on sale.

Hope you saved the shrooms for the actual concert! Or not.

I've got some Counter Culture Idido stored airtight in the freezer.

Score. Put one in the cart this morning. We will have a traveling road show with a LIDO over at Green Coffee Buying Club. That approach helps get new items into more hands, greater coverage, with multiple reviews. Now the wait begins...

Would a 4 oz. jar be optional? Smaller for single cup and especially for travel purposes.

All right Doug and Barb? Why'd you name it LIDO?
BTW, the CC Idido (non-espresso roast) is just fine on a Duchessa paired with a Pharos. Blueberries and melon and orange flowers. The Duchessa was designed in the 60s to pull dark, rich coffees and present a clear, clean cup. So it tones down the intensity of this version of Idido and with it and the Pharos, the flavors pop. The gear (many) thanks to Doug and Barb.
