Hi there,

Have had my Niche for a few months now, all going perfectly well. Noticed today the grind collar was a little stiffer to adjust than usual. Took it apart to give it all a clean and noticed the light marks you can see in the image attached on the upper burr holder. I think the stiffness in the grind collar is actually the bottom of the collar rubbing against this when screwing the collar back on or adjusting the grind. Has anyone else seen this / is it much of an issue (other than simply marking the plastic holder)?

Thanks in advance.

After you upload your photos you need to select 'place inline' for each one for them to show up in your post.

Thanks Ken5. Added the image now.

Since posting I spoke to the retailer and they said this is normal due to the design and even in Niche's video where they demo taking it apart and cleaning you can actually see similar markings. Good to know though.
