Niche Zero spares not available in Europe?

Grinders are one of the keys to exceptional espresso. Discuss them here.

Tried to order spares from nichecoffee.co.uk. Just today. The "spares" link moves you to nichespares.com. There, any and all European addresses are missing. So it seems only people from outside Europe can order Niche spares right now.
Somebody managed to work around this issue?

Have you tried emailing them directly? Way back when the flow control disc came out, they were pretty responsive to email. Hopefully, that hasn't changed.

Right. They were responsive and I have an answer: regrettably, with the changes after Brexit, they can not ship accessories to Europe. This may change in the future, but for now it is not possible. With entire grinders it is another thing, these can be shipped to Europe.
This would also be the logical explanation as to why the accessories now are in a separate https://nichespares.com/ website.

Can you use a freight forwarder?

Not sure of the situation in Europe, but for a long time us Aussie's had to use freight forwarders to get things out of the US.

Have heard about freight forwarding but never used it. Seems like there are already some freight forwarders who are working on UK -> EU, maybe I should try it. After Christmas. Thanks for the tip!
