My favorite thing about the NZ is how easy it is to dial in espresso, and then it generally doesn't need to be touched until I switch roasts. Not only that, but if I switch between two roasts, when I go back to the first, I set the grind dial exactly where it was previously and I get the same shot. Brilliant!
