It's a nice grinder...finally this guy did a review on it...and I think he is quite thorough...He certainly "gets it" about a domestic prosumer grinder.

I had just recently ordered a black one to the US and had it in less than 2 weeks.

The above are the cup holder and legs. We never did the main base as I just free handed one with a detail sander.

Is this guy using a robot voice-over? The voice is very off-putting. makes me cringe.DaveC wrote:It's a nice grinder...finally this guy did a review on it...and I think he is quite thorough...He certainly "gets it" about a domestic prosumer grinder.

Pretty sure that's how he talks....I've seen other videos of his over the years.

It's a great video review voice. I wondered if it was a simulated voice too, but I like it. Reminds me of those old school technical training videos, which is appropriate for this kind of subject matter.maximatica wrote:Is this guy using a robot voice-over? I grabbed this random video off YT to demonstrate my point. If you keep watching, the next video is even better.

Does anyone have a remedy for a rough turning collar?
I did a cleaning which included the threads, but when I replaced I'm noticing it's not a smooth turn. The threads are in great shape and the Niche is around three years old.

Apply a tiny bit of food grade silicon lubricant to the threads. I mean just a tiny bit.
