Wow, what a difference. I was getting a messy clump out of all my grounds no matter what I did, I removed that stupid screen inside and now the coffee flies out super fluffy! I am not even weight dosing anymore I am just filling the PF, stirring, striking off the top nice and flat and tamping and I've getting near perfect pours and great tasting espresso with lavazza super crema. Thought maybe this would help someone out.
