Well, it was inevitable, give me a new toy and I will modify it. The Monolith series of grinders are are superb so any modifications will be mostly Bling.

I really liked the Cap that one of the early Posters did in Blackwood and Pink Ivory so while I hone mt skills on doing a Celtic Knot Weave in the cap I decided to make a cap out of aluminum.









It is easy to grab.
That Light at the End of the Tunnel is actually a train

Fine work Stephen. Having done some metal lathe work I appreciate the time and work involved.
Between order and chaos there is espresso.

Stephen, nice job! It's very classy. I wish I had a metal lathe, but that's not likely to happen. I am really looking forward to seeing your Celtic Knot Weave wood cap. When will it make it's debut?
