Agree; I would love a video. Does the screen at the base only display the RPM? Or does it serve another function as well? Presumably it displays the set rpm, and doesn't display real time if there is any variation?

Here's a video of the grinder working at 400 RPM on 18 gr of a light-medium roast (Coffee & Tea Collective Steel Frame) straight from the freezer with three half sprays:
Pardon me hitting the edge with the lid when bellowing The display just shows selected RPM - you can hear that it winds up a little at first and then accelerates to desired RPM, but the LCD stays at 400.

I moved away from grinding into the PF and into a Niche dosing cup since the grinding takes about 16s.

Great video! Surprised that it's actually slower than my 2022 98mm SLMs at the same RPM. The design of the 120mm SSP burrs must be slow-feeding.

Have you tried filter coffee with this grinder yet?

I think you're right - the inner part is nowhere near as aggressive as my Ditting Lab Sweets. I'm not too into filter so can't offer any valuable comparisons.
