I have the mahlkonig e65s gbw while I was calibrating the burrs I was talking to someone and was not paying attention and I guess I turned the burr dial too much? Now the dial is the pushed against the right side instead of the middle and the mechanisms are barely touching. In the manual it is (42) which I believe is just the burr dial where you use a flathead screw driver to help you turn it. Does anybody have any tips onto how I could fix this before contacting the manufacturer?

Have you reached out to your vendor for tech support?

Not yet, I was trying to see if there was an easier solution. I bought it from voltage coffee just didn't want to go through a sending for repair
