I've had microstalls with ultra lights and low RPM <3. But it never outright stalls, just pauses for a micro second and continues.

Do pourovers taste better when grinding below 3 RPM setting?

I'm currently at 3, but scared to have my grinder locking up.

Anyone using their P64 and HU burrs with a Compressa? How do the shots taste?

I grind at 2 on the coarse setting (6.3 from factory safety zero setting). It gives me faster drawdowns which in turn give me more clarity. It might be too clean for some coffees though.

Is it OK to use Urnex Grindz to clean the P64?

How often are you cleaning your grinder?

I wouldn't bother with any of that. I open it up once every two weeks and just brush the burrs off. Only reason i'd do the Grindz if if were to do a ton of dark roasted coffee which I don't.

I have one of the new P64's and I've noticed that tend to get 1 or 2 beans stuck in the funnel. Below the popcorn lid and just on the lip of the funnel before dropping into the burrs. Very difficult to get it loose without poking something in there. Anyone else have this issue?

I have the same issue. I blow to the funnel and the stucked beans are grinding. I don't have this issue on the older version of P64.

With 2 RDT sprays, there is a tendency for beans to stick in the funnel but I don't encounter this issue with 1 RDT spray

Same experience. 1 RDT spray is the way to go.
