Hi team! I have a kinu + robot and my kinu grinder set to 1.5.4 with this Kaito Love coffee I love has been equisite.

I boil my water in my le creseut pot as usual and each time I put the coffee in... It's like a blend of sour & bitter.

Do I dial it down in grind or should I make more coarse? I'm a bit lost for 4 bags this setting has always workedd

Has time or resistance changed along with the flavor shift?
If so I would shift grind in the direction that would correct that.

One thing these equipment discussions miss is that coffee is a natural product with variations in each crop affecting the beans. I suppose there is even a potential comparison with wine and vintages here. It could not be your Kinu. It could be this batch of beans.

I'd try a finer grind
