Which manual grinder would you rate as the best nowadays?
2019 World Brewers cup championship 1st place used comandante c40 as grinder. Second place also used comandante c40 in the first round but then switched to ditting lab sweet in the final round because they needed to grind faster. He explains at 9minutes 10seconds mark in the video.

From what I've read and heard, C40 is good indeed but you should get the "Red Clix" mod. Otherwise one click is too big a change in grind size. Better for drip.
