Nice job! You will really enjoy the convenience a single dosing, zero retention grinder that you don't have to crank!

I motorized mine a bit over a year ago and absolutely love it that way. Gets daily use.

An early on video without a motor cover. I've also switched to a different motor coupling since then.

Nice! I've had most of my parts for a while, but just got the motor coupling in a couple days ago. Now all I need to do is make a bracket. How did you attach yours? It looks like maybe using the existing bolts that hold the burr carrier?

Does the motor have enough torque for light roasts? It looks like you have a dark roast in the video.

Sorry for my English...the motor has enough power even for light roast coffee beans as long as there is power supply 24volt/20amp

I found that 110 inch pounds of torque is the minimum needed for the light roasts that I use.
