After seeing this review Helor Stance Motor - a 83mm conical single dosing grinder - First Look I pulled the trigger on one. I didn't make the cut for a September delivery, but still excited.
I think I can stop hitting the refresh button on the "Updates" page (https://www.option-o.com/updates/). Today they posted a manufacturing update. Although it seems there may be a bit of a delay, they seem to be mostly on track.

Who else is expecting one?

Looking forward to reading about more real use reviews in a few weeks.

I ordered mine on August 4th. Nice to see pictures of the progress.

After playing with Sam's review machine I went home in a trance and my fingers slipped on the keyboard and I accidentally ordered and paid for one before the end of August so I'm hoping for an early xmas in September. I paid by DD and as I'm only within a pucks throw from the manufacturer I also saved on delivery cost.

Should look great next to the HG and the Decent. :D

Oh I've had those accidents too. I hate it when that happens. :D
But it sounds like you're dealing with the remorse pretty well.

LoLski.. My only remorse was having to sell my soul to the devil to buy it. But she's on board now..:P

Friend who bought one for the September delivery is now delayed to mid to late October since some of the motors were damaged in delivery. I have a question though. Do the full kits come with the stuff to make it manual again? I would hope so.

Oh man, that's a huge bummer. I was on the October delivery, so I wonder if that deadline is also affected.

I've been wondering about being able to convert it back to manual. That would be pretty useful.

I doubt it, since it was never mentioned. The full price of the Helor Motor at $1785 is $150 less than a Helor Stance Professional $1085 + $850 for the motor upgrade kit= $1935.
So taking that in consideration I really doubt it we will be getting a full Helor Stance Professional manual grinder and the upgrade motor kit for$1785.
Although, at one time it did indicate that owners of Helor Stance's could get a discount on the upgrade motor kit, but It did not say how much.

These are the specs of what is included.
TECH SPECS
Helor Stance Motor
In the box:
Complete Helor Stance Motor, IEC Power Cord, Tools for burrs removal for cleaning
Size and weight 14.2 (h) x 11.8 (d) x 6.7 (w) - in inches
360 (h)x 300 (d) x 170 (w) - in mm
19 kg (including grinder chamber)

And I found this in the FAQ section of their website:

WHAT WILL COME IN THE BOX?
Complete pre-assembled Helor Stance Motor (110V or 220/240V)
Instruction manual
IEC power cord
Tools for burrs removal and cleaning
Accessories (included with all pre-orders) :
Portafilter Fork (suits portafilters with 58mm basket)
Dosing funnel for 58mm baskets

And I was told they will also include a WDT tool and a spray bottle for RDT too!
