The 106 is still in stock on Taobao. Maybe somebody can bring you one when traveling to China. Otherwise you could try Taobao "agents" that do importing for you for some price premium. Of course this is not the preferred option when ordering internationally. Did you write Helor Global an email? Maybe they can tell you when it will be back in stock.

Taobao yes but there are other ways. Remember helor broke up and became option O I believ
