Was doing the marker test to check for alignment today on my 804, and noticed something really odd. The low posits on my burr seem to be next to the screws? Almost like they've (or at least it, I didn't market check the static burr) been so over-tightened that slightly bent there over time... have a look, what do you think??

Just realized the picture isn't quite clear enough. The burr edge on the left side of the photo is in less light so the it's harder to see where the pen rubbed off, but it has about 1/3 - 1/2 the amount rubbed off as the right side, but the small section of maybe 6-8 teeth near each screw were hardly touched, if at all.

You cannot even bent it by a 10th of a mm. Forget it!
The steel used for burrs doesn't bent.
