I would stick with the stock Italmill and only change for a real improvement. Maybe SSP offers 58 mm as well?
The Mazzer mini manuale with the 58 mm burrs has not a good reputation regarding taste in the cup...

I've contacted SSP regarding 58mm burrs.
They stated the smallest burrs they make are 64mm burrs.

According to the website https://www.espressoxxl.de/MAHLSCHEIBEN ... NI-MANUALE thay have the same pitch circle diameter 44mm and other dimensions like Fiorenzato 58mm burrs, so I'm pretty sure they will, however not tested personally. If I were you I would take that risk.Sca wrote:Is there anyone who knows if the Mazzer Mini burrs 58 mm will fit a Fiorenzato F4E Nano?
