Thanks ira. The "puff of air" trick works on the gen 2 also. The ionizer has been working well the last week so it was hard to tell. But today I had some loose grounds built up and, wow, your trick blew all the grounds out on the first try

Works on most grinders, first learned that trick on my Rocky 12 or 14 years ago. Glad I could help.
