Could I reduce height of a Ditting 804?

Anyone know if I could cut down a ditting 804 to reduce the height. I have seen tutorials on cutting down a Bunn G1, I was wondering if I could do the same thing on a 804. I see that the switch is low and would have to be moved up. Besides the switch is there anything else in the lowwer section of the machine?
Thanks
Tom

You got a thermoswitch, terminal block, and the run capacitor all mounted to the lower plate. You probably could recover a couple of inches at most by removing the bag shaker rod and bolt.
