I'm thinking of upgrading my Forte AP to the Ceado E37S while it's sale. How do I go about converting my AP to a BG? Do I have to ship it back to Baratza or does it fall into the realm of DIY?

It's as easy as changing a light bulb except that you need a screwdriver. Just make sure you use a right-sized screwdriver. Easy peasy. (Actually, the burr sets have different sized mounting screws. You can use one driver for both, just be careful. In a perfect world, you'd use two different drivers.)
