I think I still have the Eureka NFC disk since I had the Niche and I will probably install it in the MC4. I will play with the grinder a little and I'll post my experiments and opinions.

How much griding speed did you gain by replacing the first cake burr with washers?

I can also confirm that I get about 3g of retention without WDT, which doesn't really bother me.
