I've been struggling with the new E5P to set the right grind. Though I change the dial settings while the burr is rotating, I end up always getting a too coarse grind. Even when rotating the dial all the way clockwise (towards finer grind) till I hear the bottom rotating burr touches the upper one, either too coarse grind or nothing at all comes out...
Maybe someone would tell me what I'm doing wrong?
