Can't find info about this but I remember reading somewhere in a review that it can be manually adjusted from 405 - 495 something like that. I'd like to make it on the 400ish side as I almost always single dose. Thank you.

I don't think that's possible? Though I do hope it is. I am now on my fourth outer ring burr holder. It breaks whenever I try to grind high altitude Ethiopian beans and I suspect the initial torque could be too much for the plastic.
