Congrats on your new grinder, Patrick. I put some olive oil onto my wooden knob and that really brought out the grain nicely. Made the hue much darker though.

If you consider the Comandante C40 III, just be sure to look at the "red clix" upgrade. It is still stepped, but gives you closer increments.

good choice with the JX pro, I use with my bacchi and my flair 2 pro and it's very very good.

About the flair, what kind of kettle do you use ?
Hi @iPa64 excuse me, but you tagged me with an space after the @ and I don't see your question :D , today I see it, I use a simple kettle, you can boil the water and then rest it 30 seconds, this are going to give you a good temperature, I have really good espressos with the Flair Pro 2 and the Jx Pro.

Oups :? no matter
I bought an Hario Kettle, I use it on my induction hob, that is incredibly fast, for now I am trying V60 for the fun
Still not buy a Flair, I can now get a good result with my bbe, but sure one day, again for the fun.
