Baratza Vario: Do I need new burrs?

Grinders are one of the keys to exceptional espresso. Discuss them here.

I've had my Elizabeth/Vario (refurb) for about 1.5 years now. I had it dialed in for all my go to beans, with something like a 2Q or so.

Then a few months ago, I started having problems pulling shots. They became really thin and pulled too fast. I cleaned the machine and grinder and no change. With some advice here, it was suggested to crank down the grind and try to choke the machine to see if it was related to the grinder. That started to produce my old results. I've had to bring it down to a 1W just to get a good pull.

My question now is if it's just a case that I need to replace the burrs? Seems pretty fast but I'm OK but curious what others think.

TIA.

UPDATE: I just realized I've never adjusted it...time for that.
