The rubber sleeves on my grinder (holds porta-filter) slowly turn causing the porta-filter to become un-level and sometimes fall off.

Is this happening to you? How can I stop this? I was thinking of pulling the rubber sleeves off and squirt some silicone in the whole and reinstall.

I was having that problem with my Sette. Baratza were quick to send me replacements that completely solved the problem. I would definitely reach out to them.

Curious what was the fix for this? Mine does this too but I just assumed it was common.

They sent an entirely new boot to me. I can't remember now if it it was noticeably different, it has been almost a year ago, but I can say the problem was permanently resolved. I don't think it is "common" for this to be happening. Others have said it before me, but Baratza will definitely make the problem right if you give them the opportunity.
