Any good tutorial how to align new Ditting 807 LS?

I bought new 807 LS a month ago. First 0 was not adjusted, so I did that. Now I suspect that my burrs are not aligned properly. Any tutorial (video or text) how to test them and align? I tried with marker but flat surface on LS burrs are really small.

Can you show us the result of your marker test? If there is a small flat surface, it may still be useful.

You can align any flat burr grinder the same way. An example is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-cf0Iack5Q

Just instead of the burrs being mounted vertically, the 807 has them horizontally.
