I was waiting for a trip to Europe or the US to order and pickup a Feldgrind, but since they are gone this is the next best thing (if not better in some aspects). Here's hoping it is delivered earlier than 2018. :P
you won't be disappointed ;)

Has anyone actually received a non-beta Aergrind? It looked like everything was going smoothly and rewards were being fulfilled, with an update imminent on Sept 8, then back to the usual Knock radio silence.

Coincidentally, a few hours later ...

Ouch. I don't know where that leaves us pre-orderers. :|

If I read correctly, they had a snafu with a Chinese supplier of stamped parts (handles and bottom discs); and ordered back-up lazer cut domestic replacements. The lazer cut parts require extra finishing labor, and are what's on the Feltgrind. Also customers who ordered multiple colors, disc, etc. are going to get double shipments free of charge. All in all, it sounds like Knock is absorbing the unexpected cost increases for Kickstarter backers.

I placed my pre-order on 4 Sept. Haven't yet got a tracking #.
After reading the update on the kickstater I was resigned to probably not getting mine till beginning of Nov.
Hearing that a 1 Sept pre-order has already shipped is great news considering the failure of the Chinese fabricator. It's quite reassuring to know that made by Knock planned for the worst and had a backup plan.
I'll post again when I get my shipping notification!

I'm backer #64 ("Speedy Saver") and I haven't received a shipping notice yet. Based on various other forums, it seems like a handful of random backers have received their Aergrinds, and I guess now pre-orders are going out too? At least one distributor in Germany shows the Aergrind as in stock. It was probably too optimistic to expect this to not be a typical Knock product rollout.
