Treatment is the same or similar (there are various different Ti... coatings). These burrs you have mentioned have definitelly different edges geometry than SSP, much less aggressive (see the numbers of the segments). From my communication with Ditting (established and well known OE burrs/grinder manufacturer): "We don't offer any coatings (e.g. titanium, DLC) because tests have shown that the advantages (in terms of life time) are low, whereas the extra cost is very high."
I would not buy Red Speed burrs, there's no justification of high price (especially if the base material is not of the quality of SSP or Ditting/Mahlkonig). However, I would not also buy either SSP Red Speed, considering that standard SSP burrs are rated for 1000 kg or Ditting/MK (if exist), rated for 1500 kg - it's far beyond the lifetime of the grinder (or the owner ).

IMO the difference is not about the coating at all but about the burr geometry.
